We found the car we were looking for at Chapman Ford.

We were assigned Christian Patrick. I am in Michigan and my daughter, who the car was for lives in Colorado. Started out fine, I have 2 friends in Arizona that went and checked out the car for me with the only red flag was that it needed an oil change. I got hold of Christian and we struck a deal which was to include an oil change. Well it went south after that. We were taking care of our own financing with a local bank which took less than a day. My daughter and I were in contact with Christian several times a day trying to get everything taken care of, which took an entire week. The Chapman side of things got taken care of the day before she flew out. My daughter called me from the airport in the morning while she was waiting to board and informed me that Christian called her to let her know that the oil change would not be done. I called Christian and ended up hanging up on him. I called the manager and was assured that the oil change would be done. When she arrived there to pick the vehicle up, my friend that originally looked at the car was told that the oil change was done. His conclusion was that it probably wasn't due to the fact that the washer fluid wasn't topped off and the oil didn't look new. After that they had a several hour wait for paperwork to be finished, all of which we were assured would be done prior to her arrival. I've bought and sold a lot of vehicles over my lifetime and this is not how you treat people. First and foremost, I would not buy a vehicle with Christian Patrick, He is NOT a man of his word. Secondly I would not buy from Chapman Ford. I've been a boss for most of my life and I would not have people like that working for me.
