While the service took longer than I had expected, the work ultimately proved satisfactory. There was some confusion initially regarding my remaining at the dealership to await the repairs that could hav work ultimately proved satisfactory. I was also put off by the attempt of the sales room staff to persuade me to trade in my vehicle for a new car. I had previously communicated that I wasn't interested in trading in my car weeks earlier and therefore found the sales person attempt to persuade me even when I said at the start of her conversation that I wasn't interested in selling my vehicle really annoying. But otherwise, my experience with the dealership was and hopefully will continue to be a positive one. More

It was my first visit today to this dealership. I came from downtown and I was there for service. Service department was very honest and nice and helpful.
