46+ DAYS AND COUNTING — TRADE-IN STILL NOT PAID OFF It has been more than 46 days since this dealership took possession of my trade-in, and the loan STILL has not been paid off. Because of their failur has been more than 46 days since this dealership took possession of my trade-in, and the loan STILL has not been paid off. Because of their failure to complete the payoff, I am making payments on a vehicle I haven't possessed in more than six weeks while simultaneously making payments on the vehicle I purchased from them. I'm also out approximately $1,600 for repairs that the dealership agreed to reimburse me for two weeks ago. I am still waiting for that money as well. And getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible. No one answers the phone. Calls and voicemails aren't returned. Emails go unanswered. At this point, the dealership has my trade-in, I am still paying the loan attached to it, I am paying for my new vehicle, and I am waiting for $1,600 in promised reimbursement—yet I can't even get someone to return a phone call or email. I fulfilled my obligations the day I signed the paperwork and handed them the keys to my trade. More than six weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to fulfill theirs. Anyone can provide great customer service while trying to sell you a vehicle. The real measure of a dealership is what happens after they have your money, your signature, and your trade. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you decide to do business here, document everything and verify any trade-in payoff directly with your lender. Do not assume that because they have your vehicle, they have paid off your loan. To make matters worse, I also saw someone else post on Facebook that they had also been waiting over 45 days. The salesperson, Christian, is the only positive thing I can say about this dealership. He was great. More
