Sold me a truck on Saturday afternoon and 3 hrs to complete deal and then wouldn’t let me leave with it because it still needed a inspection and service and told me they would deliver it Monday aftern complete deal and then wouldn’t let me leave with it because it still needed a inspection and service and told me they would deliver it Monday afternoon and did not and had excuses-were short handed and couldn’t deliver it (brothers stuck on vacation?) and I finally told them I would pick it up and to make sure it was fueled up and it was but they never did any of the service or fixed the noise in the dash.(they shoved a paper towel in there to stop the noise?) It drop out on the floor 2 days later. They never did the recall on it that was needed when I looked at it . And when I asked about everything I was told they are not required to do the recall and everything else was completed. ? And when I was picking up the truck the dealership manager started talking about being in court 15 times and seemed to be bragging about it. They lied to the bank about me and said they call the cops on me? Really? Never happened. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at dealership anywhere! I would never recommend Crestmont Buick-GMC to anyone ever! More

Made to feel bad for attempting to negotiate the final sales price. Given a take it or leave it when $100 was all that was taken off the final price.
