Since it was such a last-minute purchase, I was worried about arriving at Honda so close to closing time, but Christy reassured me that it was completely fine and that she would stay and help me even after closing. She answered all of my questions, took the time to explain everything, and did her best to make me feel comfortable throughout the process.
