Christy was very responsive and detailed by email. Cerritos did not add any market adjustment fees and their Doc fee is appropriate. Still, they were the better price due to no market adjustment so I still took the deal without bringing up any FTC pushback on the accessories. The finance department didn't try to hassle which was nice and we stuck to the emailed quote from Christy. Overall good experience. More
