When I had my old vehicle (trade-in) towed away to the Honda garage (not the dealership itself), Ms Nuval assured me via text that she was already awaiting for its arrival --- the tow truck had just left my house. Whether face-to-face or over mobile service, Ms Nuval went beyond her tasks. There was not a hint of dishonesty or deception in her. What there were plenty of was her winning smile! Amazing!
