My truck went in for an 8-hour repair to replace 2 gaskets and was returned to me 8 weeks later with so much damage that it was undriveable. I had been lied to for weeks about the damage the mechanic gaskets and was returned to me 8 weeks later with so much damage that it was undriveable. I had been lied to for weeks about the damage the mechanics did to my engine when they lifted the engine to replace the oil pan gasket. My truck was not properly reassembled, it was missing pieces, and cables and hoses were not attached properly resulting in transmission failure. They offered to buy the truck, but the offer was no better than that I received from another dealer as a trade. I am now out of pocket almost $50,000 having to replace a truck that I have made significant repairs to in the last year and had no intention of selling. More
