I was very nervous contacting Breakaway Honda about purchasing a car. We needed something more practical, but just didnt see how we could afford it. Breakaway and Christine made this possible. They hav purchasing a car. We needed something more practical, but just didnt see how we could afford it. Breakaway and Christine made this possible. They have no idea how much they helped us out and we are very greatful. She made us feel like she had known us for years, especially with our daughter. The entire process was very quick and painless. There is nothing worse than to have to go sit at a dealership for hours on end,so we were relieved with the process that Breakaway had. Loving my Honda and will definitely go back. More

This is my second purchase from Breakaway Honda. My first purchase was with Doug in 2007 for an Odyssey Touring edition and Christine helped us out then as well. Doug has since retired and this time we worked with Gordon McEachin. Christine was not at the dealership the day we arrived to look at 2014 Odysseys but we spoke with Gordon and he was very helpful. In the end though, Christine really stands out - not only in making the purchase easy, but also in her enthusiasm and willingness to make sure we understood how to use the car after we bought it - with the new Odyssey Elite, the electronics are incorporated throughout the vehicle and there is a slight learning curve. Christine sat down with us and showed us how to use every aspect of the NAV, LDW systems and forward cameras as well as the RES and everything else. We left feeling like we thoroughly knew the van inside and out. I would highly recommend asking for Christine when you visit Breakaway and I would highly recommend Breakaway Honda to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. We did do a little wheeling and dealing before I was ready to buy, but it was far less hassle than I have had at many dealers in the past and in the end I was very happy with the deal we worked out. I suggest starting on the internet with Christine and you may avoid some of the dealing that you go through otherwise. Again, I would highly recommend Breakaway and Christine as well as Gordon and Adam... Very Happy More

Christine went beyond what I would expect from a sales person to make sure I found the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. I feel that I not only found a GREAT dealership but made a special new friend. I never felt pressured or rushed in making my decision, she made sure I felt at ease thru the entire process. I will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a no hassle purchase. I recently bought a Kia for my son - while I like the car, the purchase experience wasn't great. I've bought many new cars in several countries over the years, and only once had a good experience (BMW i car, the purchase experience wasn't great. I've bought many new cars in several countries over the years, and only once had a good experience (BMW in the UK). So I was not looking forward to making another purchase. However, this experience was everything that making a significant life purchase should be. I can't express how good an experience this was in words. everything felt right and smooth and - well not like buying a car !! I would highly recommend this dealer - and that is something I never thought I'd say ! More

We were very pleased with the sales presentation & the dealership listening to our requests. Also, we appreciated the positive interaction in trying to reach a price we were willing to pay. Also, in our return visit the gentleman handling the remainder of our closing was willing to negotiate to reach a price that we received from another provider on the extended warranty, so we were able to purchase it from you. "Excellent Customer Service" is how I will start with. I met Christine and she was so full of energy and excited to provide me details and was very very friendly and helpful. In fact she went to the extent of walking out in the rain (offcourse with an umberlla.. :)) to show me a color of the van that I requested and that was my first visit for a new car sales at the dealership. We had good conversation on what my expecation is on the price and what she can or cannot do, it was very professional. I would definetely give a 5 Star for Christine. Mark on the other hand was excellent as well, he understood my requirements and told me what he can do and it met my expectaions very very closely and we struck a deal. The service was very quick and clean withought any dragging of conversations. We finished the whole deal in a couple of days and I got my van delivered as promised. BREAKAWAY HONDA ROCKS!!! More
