Talked to Mr. John Miller over the phone due some confusion on a price quoted on line and via email. CRV I wanted was in and I'd put a HOLD deposit down but hoped to clear up confusion BEFORE driving confusion on a price quoted on line and via email. I found Mr. Miller's attitude over the phone totally unacceptable and difficult, and would never work with him again. I just purchased my 2nd CRV at through Christine Brunt. The newly designed 2012 CRV is incredible ... Just wish my purchase negotiation had been smoother. More

This is the fifth Honda I have purchased and Christine Brunt has been the sales person I have worked with most. She is friendly, informative, and helpful. I recently purchased a new 2012 Honda CRV EXL, with Christine Brunt as the salesperson. This new vehicle is for my wife, who is absolutely terrified to "talk cars" with a sales person. So, after church Sunday we drove over to Breakaway Honda, and my wife immediately noticed a metallic blue new CRV with gray leather interior. She really liked it. Monday morning I went over by myself, and met with Christine. I'm almost as bad as my wife when it comes to the sales pitch experience, so was a little nervous. That vanished in seconds as Christine has such a bubbly, friendly personality that the entire process was actually fun. Never thought I'd say that but it's true. None of the hassle or wheeling and dealing spin I've experienced in the past. When I brought my wife back later to pick up the CRV, Christine immediately made my wife feel relaxed. She very patiently explained all the cool tech features on the car, paired my wife's cellphone with Bluetooth and then sat in the passenger seat with my wife behind the wheel and very nicely and effectively had my wife go through a lot of the things she just demonstrated. Christine was patient and funny and gave us both the feeling she would spend as much time as we needed. No rush, very relaxed. All in all, the best new vehicle buying experience of my life, and at 67 years old, I've had a lot of encounters with sales folks. Highly recommended. More

It was absolutely awesome to work with Breakaway. We started the process using text message because that is what was convenient for me and only when I was ready to move forward with the process did I go started the process using text message because that is what was convenient for me and only when I was ready to move forward with the process did I go into the showroom. Within 2 hours I was driving away in my new car. My associate was a pleasure to work with; friendly, understanding and great with my 3 year old daughter when I was busy with the paperwork. Thank you Breakaway Honda!!! I will definitely be back to see you in the future. More

Christine Brunt was outstanding to work with and made sure she did everything to make me happy with my new car sale. The Finance Manager Ramiro Guillen was also very professional. What I am not happy about is that my car was stated as being at Breakaway Honda but was not on the lot! I think that I should be compensated for the time that I am having to wait for my new car to show up at Breakaway Honda! I received an internet quote and then closed the deal by text messaging. They ordered the car from another dealer and delivered it on time, as promissed. It was a hassle free purchase. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Christine and Mark and everyone involved, were very nice, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me buy my new car. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to buy a car from this dealership because the Costco auto program directed us here.
