We needed to feel like we would be getting the answers we needed, as well as the vehicle that would be best for us. The entire staff were friendly from the time we entered the front door, going through the process, and ending with the finishing paperwork, each person treated us with respect, and not like a customer to "jump on to make a sale". The dealership prides themselves as being "family"...and that is what it felt like. We will definitely recommend to others Emich KIA. We LOVE our car Emich will be our "go to" dealership in the future. More
