I have purchased over 15 cars from various dealers. This dealership is the worst. Suncoast was $8,257 more than their competition. About a month later I saw a man driving the blue Rubicon they tried to sell me. LOL. Sales manager was right, someone bought it. LOL Bless his heart. Poor guy got hosed out of a BUNCH of money. Also, the Suncoast service department doesn't want to do warranty work on vehicles not purchased from Suncoast. I had a small manufacturer defect found with less than 2500 miles and a month old vehicle. They denied it and told me to take it back where I bought it from. It was a $97 part. After a brief discussion, they said they would do it for $575. Not under bumper to bumper. I was told to call Chrsler if I didn't like it. I've given them many chances. Complete sham of a business. Stay away and save a ton of money. More
