As other reviewers have stated here (see the review from January 15, 2025, specifically), Maggie Leverone in the finance department needs a refresher on proper customer service. She certainly knows how to turn on the charm when things are going her way, but as soon as you decline the multitude of payment-plans that she tries to push on you, the jovial, friendly conversation turns to irritated, frustrated silence (on her part). Like, you can hear a pin drop kind-of silence. My wife and I were met with condescending lines such as, "Can you not see the value in that?" and "Look, I've really saved you a lot of money here!" It was so painfully obvious from our experience that Ms. Leverone receives some sort of financial incentive or kickback from getting people to sign on to all of her additional, unnecessary finance packages, and if you don't play ball, she turns into a bitter, resentful person. Completely unprofessional. Ms. Leverone should be spoken to about her behavior, as it seems this is not the first time she has treated her customers this way. On the plus side, we love the car, and Domenic, who was our initial point of contact, was pleasant to deal with. More

I've been going to this Dealership for 16 years and just purchased my third Subaru. Over the years I have noticed steady improvement. I appreciate her down to earth manner, her oversight of what' going on with your vehicle and her communication skills are insightful. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and spacious. Jordan Waitkevich "Product Specialist" was enjoyable to work with. He is friendly, efficient and delightfully authentic (no pretense). I was dreading the experience before going over there but Jordan has such an open way about him that it enabled me to make my decisions without the annoyance of high pressure. I also want to say that Donna McDonald, the "Love-Encore Delivery Specialist" was helpful for understanding these higher tech cars. I got together with her two weeks after getting my vehicle, so I had time to develop some questions. She is available for further clarifications as needed later, thank goodness. She understands the tech stuff while also having the nuanced understanding of driving without all this technology and what many of us liked about that. More

The dealership itself was nice, clean, comfortable seating area with amenities and overall would have been a good experience had it not been for Maggie trying to sell me $6,000 in unnecessary warranti seating area with amenities and overall would have been a good experience had it not been for Maggie trying to sell me $6,000 in unnecessary warranties and then proceeding to be extremely unpleasant (putting it nicely) towards us after we repeatedly declined her offer. We even had an appointment with a sales rep and didnt get to meet with him until hours after our appointment, did our test drive with a college student who had no knowledge of the car, and were then shuffled into an office to be taken advantage of as we were young and buying our first car. Extremely disappointing experience and will be telling others to stay away. More
