Great dealership. They took care of my old car when I was a broke grad student. Wherever I end up next, when it come time to replace my cars I will be buying from them, even if it means flying back to NH. Their car support was so important to me that I gave them a credit in my thesis. More

I recently helped my elderly mother purchase a used Forester. Our sales agent, Anne, was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I love the responsiveness of Exeter Subaru and building a long term relationship with the employees there. Service is wonderfully responsive and attended to our needs with installation of Subaru parts to kee long term relationship with the employees there. Service is wonderfully responsive and attended to our needs with installation of Subaru parts to keep our vehicle feeling new. They also understand that not all parts fit the customer’s needs and were very accommodating with the return of a car seat cover that didn’t match our life style. Installation of a trailer hitch was easy as could be and done with a high degree of mechanical expertise. More

The first service was wonderfully executed and neatly done in a prompt fashion. Tire rotation wasn’t quite due yet, but done proactively at 4,600 miles. The only disappointing thing was a lack of response from the service manager Christine Smallcomb. Although very attentive to our request to either return or get a credit on the dealer purchased Subaru part, we have yet to receive a follow up whether this is viable. I hope this is an oversight in reaching back to us. More

I made an appointment to get my rear wiper fixed. When I dropped off my car, I asked if they could also check to see if my driver’s side heat vent was working properly as I could not feel the heat. The tech dropped off my car, I asked if they could also check to see if my driver’s side heat vent was working properly as I could not feel the heat. The technician, John Urwick, checked and made an adjustment. I left the dealership feeling grateful for the service. The bonus was that I sat in an Adirondack chair in a big sunny window on a very cold day and read a book while waiting for my car. It was like heaven to be able to do that! Thank you Exeter Subaru! More

Purchased 2014 Outback and noticed that the steering felt very heavy. Reported it to the dealership and Melissa, Jamison and Christine had the alignment checked and realigned the car. After test drive Christ very heavy. Reported it to the dealership and Melissa, Jamison and Christine had the alignment checked and realigned the car. After test drive Christine had them order a power steering pump which they had replaced at no charge to me. These 3 employees went above and beyond to help and satisfy a customer. I will be recommending Exeter Subaru to anyone for their car and service. More
