Chris checked in with me a few times by phone and was not pushy. It was a relief because other dealers I visited were constantly leaving me messages trying to sell me vehicles I'd already said no to. When I went in, it was straightforward. Chris had remembered my visit and what I was looking at. He and another employee were great about listening to my pricing concerns and hope of leaving with a new car. And they made it happen!
