I made a post like this a few weeks ago and this will be it, my Truck I love the sells team was great but the service team is not good, I really hate saying that but its not good. I ended up taken my Truck it, my Truck I love the sells team was great but the service team is not good, I really hate saying that but its not good. I ended up taken my Truck to the Toyota service center on the Southside and they fixed it. Carver had it 3 times and keep saying "its the best it will get" plus the last time I pickup it up they simple did not even reset my maintenance on my dash. It was almost like they did care anyway they had my business but did want it. Good luck to everyone. More

I am very satisfied with both the service and efficiency of the service department. They not only get me in for service much quicker than other dealerships, my down time is much less. Called 10/15 for service. Have 2 Alerts and would get an oil change. One Alert was Powertrain and the other was Stabalization. I told Chris both of these at time of call. I arrive and was told I had to leave vehicle there. Chris did not tell me this and I was not prepared for this.. Then I ask if the alerts are intermittent or permanent. I told her I did not know. I ask if they could plug in something and read the alerts. She told me it does not work that way. Totally useless trip and they could of cared less. I would not recommend this place if you are an elderly lady More

I have been going to Carver's (Weise) since 2006. I bought my 2006 Corolla from them and my husband is still driving it. It has over 270,000 miles on it. I purchased a 2020 Corolla from them and lo I bought my 2006 Corolla from them and my husband is still driving it. It has over 270,000 miles on it. I purchased a 2020 Corolla from them and love it also. Always get good service from Carver. More
