My decision to become a Volvo Sales Consultant was driven by my passion for connecting with people. Great experience from the moment I called to ask to talk with a sales person and Chris took the call to last night when I drove home in my newly purchased CPO, Chris has been amazing. Very thorough and professional setting up a time to see the car, having it ready when I arrived and then getting right down to getting in the car and talking about what I needed/wanted in a car. When my wife and I arrived yesterday to pay for the car, Chris got my wife in the driver's seat for a test ride, even though the car is for me. Great work, going the extra mile to make sure everything was in order and taking all the time to make sure the car was setup for me and that I understood how everything worked. Please the promise of making himself available if I had questions in the future. More

This dealership is good, but it felt less like a luxury car dealer than what I’ve experienced at other Volvo shops. The saving grace is that the sales people are knowledgeable about the cars.
