My decision to become a Volvo Sales Consultant was driven by my passion for connecting with people. Coming from a large family (My father from a family of 12 & myself, the oldest child in a family of 8) I've always embraced a "Get It Done" mentality and value teamwork, integrity, and resilience. I worked with Chris Gough at Volvo of Lisle, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first time buying a vehicle in over 15 years, as I've had company vehicles during that time, couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first time buying a vehicle in over 15 years, as I've had company vehicles during that time, so I knew the process could feel overwhelming. Chris exceeded my expectations every step of the way. He was kind, patient, and, most importantly, honest. Three qualities that can be difficult to find when working with a dealership. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured, and I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind. With 4–5 Volvo dealerships in the Chicagoland area, Chris is the reason I ultimately chose Volvo of Lisle.
