My decision to become a Volvo Sales Consultant was driven by my passion for connecting with people. When deciding to get a new vehicle, I chose to work with Chris based on his extremely positive DealerRater reviews. It was clear that I'd have the same great experience as others, and he surely lived up to Chris based on his extremely positive DealerRater reviews. It was clear that I'd have the same great experience as others, and he surely lived up to the hype! My wife and her family have had numerous Volvo vehicles, so while I wasn't new to the brand, Chris still did a thorough job of explaining each step of the process, breaking down pricing, etc. I felt the whole process to be very transparent, which was important to me. He was incredibly responsive, which built trust immediately. Sal in Finance was fantastic, also very thorough and made the [boring] paperwork part fun. We've now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and looking forward to when it's time to work with them again. More
