I explained what I was looking for, but had no luck finding it at the dealership. Don knew I wasn't interested, but let me poke around the new vehicles anyway. I left on the agreement that he would call if something came his way he thought I'd be interested in. A few days later I received a call from Chris. They hadn't found exactly what I wanted, but were willing to make a generous offer on what they had on the showroom floor. When I walked into the dealership, I bumped into Warren. Chris was busy and Warren cut right to the chase. He came back with an incredible offer and agreed to pay what I owed on my trade-in. Warren gave me every rebate under the sun and even took off an extra $500 for a military discount right before I walked out. I never felt rushed or pressured in my purchase and I truly feel like I got the best deal. Derrick took care of all the financing and even called me back about 3 times to address concerns I had and to inform me of better offers. When I said I could probably find a better rate from my credit union, he proved me wrong and beat the previous offer by .5%. Before leaving the lot, Chris when over all the perks and technology upgrades (most of which I've already forgotten). He even set up the bluetooth to play around with on the way home. I honestly feel I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else and the staff was truly amazing. I've already recommended this dealership to my friends and family and highly recommend it to anyone else. More

Amazing experience! Was greeted in the showroom ,not stalked. I told Chris my wants and needs in a Grand Cherokee and that I was still in the test drive phase. He brought me the car I wanted not the car he wanted me to buy. There was no pressure, I told Chris I still had two other brands I was road testing and unlike most dealerships I have been to he did not start bad mouthing the other vehicles or pressure me into leaving a deposit with that old "someone might buy this truck if you dont put a deposit" racket. Chris knew the vehicle inside and out and answered every question I had. He was confident I would be back even after telling him I have only ever owned GM vehicles 6 Chevy 1 Pontiac, 5 of them new. This showed me he was confident he had the best product and pricing. Rockland Jeep had the exact vehicle I wanted. There was no "well we have the truck you want but it has a few extras in it that raised the price" which was great I dont have time to sit and haggle over things I dont need or want. Dante was also great. I told him what I was offered at other dealers for my trade in,monthly payment and interest rates, he matched or beat all the numbers and even worked it so I would be able to have lower out of pocket cost. As a veteran I was thanked for my service and introduced to everyone from the owner to service to parts and sales. Everyone I met was engaging and not in that fake I want to sell you something kind of way. Great car purchasing experience with a family like atmosphere. More

My experience with Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge was nothing less than superb. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I worked with Sales Person, Chris Gunst who was extremely knowledgeable nothing less than superb. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I worked with Sales Person, Chris Gunst who was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He has a real passion for the vehicles he sells, which makes the buying experience that much better, it truly was a pleasure. I would recommend this dealership to first time buyers and experienced buyers. They possess the ability to both explain the basics thoroughly and discuss the complex in great depth. For the Financing, I worked with Jay Murali, who was just as great. We went through the process carefully, leaving no question unanswered and no option undiscussed. We were able to create a financing plan that I was comfortable with, while still providing me the coverage I needed. Both employees did an excellent job. As far as I’m concerned, if I’m buying a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge, Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge will always have my business. More

Had a good experience dealing with Chris. I am a returning customer. The friendliness and non-agreesive nature of Chris was great. He did not try to dazzle me with facts and figures. We had leased 3 of our prior cars from Derrick Briskhouse, who was equally great. Chris is following in Derrick's footsteps in splendid fashion. The next time I buy or lease a car, I definitely will return to Chris. I will also recommend Chris to my friends, if anyone is looking for a Chysler product. More

Rockland JCD was the first dealership we visited when we began pursuing our purchase. We discussed some preliminary pricing with Chris, but wanted to shop around to compare. The other dealers we visited w began pursuing our purchase. We discussed some preliminary pricing with Chris, but wanted to shop around to compare. The other dealers we visited were either way off the mark in terms of competitive pricing or simply were not respectful (or honest) in their dealings with us. Needless to say, a week later we returned to Chris. We felt most comfortable with him, and that he was most deserving of our business. And, of course, we were satisfied with the deal we negotiated with him. The vehicle I was interested in was not in stock on their lot. However, the team was committed to locating the Jeep equipped as I wanted. They DID NOT try to convince me to take a different vehicle and they DID NOT try to convince me to simply wait for 2013 models, which were beginning to roll in (as other dealers had attempted to do). Chris and Warren spent several days searching until they were able to successfully arrange for a swap with a dealer in another state. Chris drove over 100 miles to pick up my vehicle. On day of delivery, the team tried to get us through as efficiently as possible. Chris went over the vehicle with us, while Derrick prepared the paperwork. Derrick tried to make the paperwork process as painless as possible (not easy to do). I've purchased vehicles in the past where I've sat with the business manager for hours. We were with Derrick for probably 30 minutes. The people we interacted with left us feeling that, while they are in business to make deals that are in the best interest of the dealership, this is not at the expense of the customer. Chris truly wanted to earn our business and loyalty and went the extra (100) miles to get there. Car buying can be an emotional and stressful experience. It is a big purchase. Some dealers try to exploit these emotions, but we felt that Rockland JCD worked with us to achieve our satisfaction and minimize the stress. We never felt pressured or manipulated. We're writing this review 12 hours after receiving delivery of our new Jeep, so we're still in the 'honeymoon phase' with the folks at the dealership. We hope that their level of attention to us will continue as we call upon them in the future. Thank you! More
