My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee after two months of researching for the right vehicle to buy for our family. We visited the Rockland dealership back in early December and were met by Mike and Chris. Both were a pleasure to work with and were extremely patient with showing us a variety of Jeep vehicles. Mike was especially helpful and knowledgeable and what impressed us the most was his non-car salesman approach. He really took into consideration our needs and wants for the type ammenities we wanted in a car and he delivered! Mike was instrumental in our decision to coming back to Jeep after owning a 2001 JGC Laredo and not having such a great experience with this earlier model. After leaving the dealership after our first visit, we left thinking - "Wow - that's the first time we left a dealership feeling like our needs were heard and that the salesman didn't try showing us the top of the line models right off the bat". We were very impressed by this!!!!! Additionally Jay was very helpful in securing the financial aspects of this purchase and we are greatful for his support throughout this experience as well. More

I went in to look and not purchase a vehicle until after the winter. After dealing with both Christopher and Mike I purchased the car. I would definetly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Kudos to them both.. I have purchased vehicles in the past at Rockland and was very happy with the service extended to me. Marco helped me through a very difficult electrical problem in the other vehicle that I had purchased there. I am very confident in purchasing at Rockland.. More
