I walked in the dealership very upset about the used car I had just purchased a week before but left a VERY happy customer! I thought I was in for a fight with the dealership but was pleasantly surprised th I had just purchased a week before but left a VERY happy customer! I thought I was in for a fight with the dealership but was pleasantly surprised that everyone was more than willing to work with me to correct the situation. Special shout out goes to Ibrahim and Anthony for making this it a pleasant experience. I appreciated Ibrahim making a spectacular deal for me and giving me three scenarios with the cars I was interested in. Having the numbers right in front of me was a game changer and allowed me to make an informed decision. Anthony was extremely patient with my mom and me as well. He was happy to answer all our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would get it for us. If I could give you all 10 stars, I would. Absolute best car buying experience I ever had! More
