We came to this Kia dealer to look at an EV9 for consideration against other vehicles. While this ended up not being the vehicle for us, Chris was great to work with. The greatest experience I've had at a dealership. Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me that he would take care of me. He was incredibly patience and respectful as I was making decisions. The entire time I was at the dealership, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to test drive or buy a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Joe was also AMAZING. I am so appreciative of the kindness and support I received from these two. Definitely recommend coming here! Kia of North Austin has earned a forever customer. :) More

The whole experience was unbelievable, I am one to make an excuse and leave if I feel uncomfortable or upset at the waiting.
