I called Dan and asked him to call me when he got a nice used Rav4 Hybrid. I have a newborn baby and needed more utility space. Two days later I got a call and checked out the vehicle. The sales manager tried to pressure me into a deal after I said I needed to leave with my pregnant wife to get lunch and almost blew the sale by doing so. But he was a notable exception from how wonderful the rest of the experience was. More
