I'm a purchaser of a new 2026 Cadillac Escalade Platinum Sport and I live out of state. Salesman delivered my car to me without all the dealer installed options on it. Salesman told me the car was all ready Sport and I live out of state. Salesman delivered my car to me without all the dealer installed options on it. Salesman told me the car was all ready. He didn't even know that the options weren't on the vehicle. I finally had the parts installed by a local dealership in my state. More
