Made me feel like a valued customer When I tried to schedule both an oil change and recall item, they had no loaners available. So I only scheduled the oil change, since it was fairly q When I tried to schedule both an oil change and recall item, they had no loaners available. So I only scheduled the oil change, since it was fairly quick. When I dropped my car off, I mentioned this to Chris, the service adviser. He apologized and then walked me over to the lounge. Since this was my first visit and I wasn't familiar with the facility. After sitting in the lounge for a few minutes. To my surprise, he came back and told me he had talked to his manager and was able to get me a loaner. Which meant I could get both items handled and not have to sit and wait. I really appreciate that he made the extra effort to make this happen. And may have won me over as a customer! More
