Worst car buying experience ever! Hidden fees added on to my contract, extra fees I was not aware of added.. Finance manager Carl rushed through the paperwork so fast, and the numbers on the contract I was given after purchase did not match the numbers on the contract that I signed. All signatures were electronic. Extra warranty that I did not request was added to the contract. An extra $10,000-$13000 was added to the contract that is unaccounted for. When I went to address the issue, I spoke to 2 guys in Finance. Carl and Chris, both were very rude and didn’t want to explain anything to me. I would not recommend anyone do business with these scammers. More
