I love the service at the service center, however I just had work done at the collision center & it was awful. The worst service at Toyota that I ever experienced. Awful customer service, awful estimator se had work done at the collision center & it was awful. The worst service at Toyota that I ever experienced. Awful customer service, awful estimator service & length of time to complete the work was 4 times longer than the estimated time to complete the work. I will not have body work done at the collision center again. Bob Ackerman was incredibly rude & unprofessional. More
