Max and Vadim are constant gentlemen and superior customer service is in their middle name. Arrived to the Beaverton dealership- everyone running around?!? I had to look for someone?Pre-purchase Inspection of my Mercedes-Poor customer service:( didn’t offer to replace things were recommended b around?!? Don Hampton made sure I got the correct price for the parts and labor I requested on my car. I really appreciated the fact that he connected with my service guy making the correction on the added charge. parts and labor I requested on my car. I have been going to this dealership for years. Chris Walters had been my service manager for most of this time and he has always been great to me. I have a 20 year old S Class that I love and they treat Walters had been my service manager for most of this time and he has always been great to me. I have a 20 year old S Class that I love and they treat me and my vehicle with respect. Many new car dealerships do not like cars over 8 years old as they may not have parts and their young mechanics often do not know much about the older vehicles. They also give me a loaner and often one I would like to try for future purchase. This time there was a long delay while waiting for a key part likely due to supply systems slowed by COVID. I did not like that I had a sunroof issue and a potential AC issue and Rebecca a new Service Manager whom I had never worked with before wanted to charge me $175 for each issue to determine a fix. I also go to MBI for service as they are better on older Mercedes and I talked to Kevin Wong y service advisor there by phone and he said they would fix the sunroof which was a programming issue for free and told me the AC simply needed refrigerant as it had been three years since the AC was charged so I am taking my car to MBI for those issues which should not have been necessary but I was not going to waste $350 on diagnosis. Chris Walters took me in without an appointment got me a GLB which I really wanted to drive. Rebecca was OK but wanted to nickle and dime me on additional service and she forgot to take off 10 percent she had promised me. Chris B. made that adjustment when I paid my bill. Chris Btowarski. checked me out and I had him before as my service advisor and I prefer him to Rebecca. I love Chris Walters but I think he is the big boss now. I would always take Chris Walters as my service advisor. I even followed him to Mercedes of Wilsonville but glad he is back to Mercedes of Beaverton. More
