Chris is always great to work with in the service department. It’s just that Mercedes charges an arm and leg on repairs, and since we have two bluetecs, we are constantly shelling out money to keep o department. It’s just that Mercedes charges an arm and leg on repairs, and since we have two bluetecs, we are constantly shelling out money to keep our cars maintained. My husband said we will probably have to get rid of them once he retires this May as we will be on more of a fixed income. I’ll enjoy mine until then! More

A shock to see the final bill that mushroomed from an estimate of $400+ to over $1200. While I trust my Service Advisor that the services were needed, the prices for M-B things are always excessive. Pulled into the service bay for a visit and the atmosphere was very relaxed. After waiting a few moments I had to ask a service guy for help who at the time appeared not to be doing anything. Upon atmosphere was very relaxed. After waiting a few moments I had to ask a service guy for help who at the time appeared not to be doing anything. Upon waiting what seemed like 5 minutes, I had to ask him for assistance. Was then passed on to another service adviser. I’ve been to this location for service several times as well as purchasing of two vehicles and this by far was the worst experience ever. I drive past another Mercedes-Benz Dealer on my way to this location due to my past experiences, however after this last trip I’m really considering giving them a try. More

Your phone receptionist was very kind this time, but service reception employee are not well trained like any professionals, I feel. Regarding the car loan, your people inspected the car by taking video service reception employee are not well trained like any professionals, I feel. Regarding the car loan, your people inspected the car by taking video with your customer together and pointed out 3/4 tank of fuel. Those made your customers not comfortable, neither easy to pump the gas to 3/4 tank again. More
