A great service team Rebecca was extremely helpful getting my issues addressed. The car was returned on-time and freshly cleaned. The sensor that failed was replaced and t Rebecca was extremely helpful getting my issues addressed. The car was returned on-time and freshly cleaned. The sensor that failed was replaced and the car no longer shows a check-engine light. I really appreciate the loaner car (let's me test drive new models, too!). More

My tire blew at 8K miles. My car is a lease vehicle Your service center folks were very helpful. My issues were more policy related. My car is a lease vehicle and all service must be performed by the dealership. I live in Battle Ground. We have tire shops but because of the policy and what I viewed as a tire defect I called the MB emergency folks and drove my car home. (I was on a major highway with no safe area to stop, a wife who has cancer and if I got a tow, no way of getting home and other issues.) They arranged for a tow truck and I selected you because the NATO location is downtown Portland , It was after 2PM and I did not have the current schedule for riots in Portland. Your folks were ready for me when I got there and replaced the tire but since you do not deal with tire problems it cost me 324 dollars. Now I found out that the failure was due to a pot hole somewhere along the line (another Portland special) and so in that sense it was not a failure per se but then again these are runflat tires and should be somewhat stronger. Bottom line, the service was excellent. Folks very courteous professional and knowledgeable. Wish you had a Washington location. More
