I was traveling and 500 miles from home when the check engine light on my E550 came on. I stopped at Mercedes of Beaverton to have it checked. Upon pulling into the dealership it was obvious that they wer engine light on my E550 came on. I stopped at Mercedes of Beaverton to have it checked. Upon pulling into the dealership it was obvious that they were very busy. Nevertheless, service manager Chris Walters saw me almost immediately. After explaining my situation he made sure that my car was diagnosed quickly. He explained what needed to be done immediately as well as other service issues that could be done by my local Mercedes’ dealer when I got home. I authorized the repair that was most critical and the work was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way home in about 2 hours. Thank you Chris! I wish my local dealership was as accommodating and efficient as Mercedes’ of Beaverton. More

Service advisor Andy was very personable, professional, took care of the issues we discussed. The car was ready in a timely manner. Everything went well from check-in to completed work. Did not wait. I was to be phoned when the car was ready (1:00 to 1:30 pm) as agreed with the service advisor. Never received a phone call. Went to dealership about 4:15 pm to inquire and learned car was ready at agreed time. Somebody dropped the ball in calling me. Thank you Chris W. and Ryan C. for getting it straightened out. Will return for service in the future though. More
