Went and bought a car ( honda accord 17) august 5th. Worst mistake of my life. When i drove it everything seemed fine. A week later out of the blue. 4 lights popped up. Its runs like 💩 These people mask all the issues at the time of purchase. And when you actually pay for everything and drive it off there lot issue arises. They push this awful warranty because they know there cars are trash. They take no accountability for anything. I took my car to an actual honda dealership and they inspect and appraise my car because they are interested in buying it. They tell me " how the xxxx did this car pass inspection, this would've never left my lot. You have 4 bald tires. And your breaks are on its last legs." I didnt ask for any inspection. I was there to get a a key fob because motor max gave me a faulty key. They tell me i have Grounds to sue and im strongly considering it. Anyone thats goes to this establishment please thoroughly check everything. These people will smile in your face to get the sale. And wont help with any issues after they take your $$$$$ More

I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 STX and where do I start. First the truck had bed bugs in it. Second the check engine light never came on and the thermostat stuck which boiled the oil and at 250 degreees First the truck had bed bugs in it. Second the check engine light never came on and the thermostat stuck which boiled the oil and at 250 degreees it turned to gas and cooked the oilpan gasket which almost caught the truck on fire if i hadn't stopped driving ir. Also it had a recall on the transmission I never knew about. Then the electronic power steering went out not long after I got it which cost me 2000 bucks. Next the emergency break engaged and almost flipped the vehicle. Needless to say as a US veteran 100% disabled I am stuck without a truck. What a waste of 16k. Never buying a vehicle from this place again. More

From a U. S. Army veteran, this is my experience dealing with this dealership; I found a vehicle I was interested in, I made a very reasonable offer based on th S. Army veteran, this is my experience dealing with this dealership; I found a vehicle I was interested in, I made a very reasonable offer based on the vehicle's age and mileage, and Nate told me via text that his GM would not budge on the price. I received notification via email that a price drop of $1000 was placed on this vehicle and that my offer of $6500 sight unseen was refused and Nate told me that his GM would not budge on the price, the original asking price was $7990. After making several reasonable offers on this vehicle and my offers being refused, I blocked all numbers that had contacted me via phone and text. I will not do business with a dealership that refuses to negotiate price, especially on a 22 year old vehicle with close to 214k miles on it. Thanks but no thanks is in order for this dealership and its GM Christy Thoi and salesman Nate.; More

Nice sales people and friendly service. However, I would not recommending buying from here. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them. It "passed" their inspection and less than 2 months after However, I would not recommending buying from here. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them. It "passed" their inspection and less than 2 months after purchase and less than 500 miles had to have a repair that cost $2700 on the front end. In addition they sold me a warranty that they told me covered everything from Bumper to Bumper for the first 24 months. Of Course the Warranty did not pick up any of the repair and are very hard to get on the phone. The Jeep dealer that was doing the repair and trying to submit the claim could never get them on the phone. If you do buy a car from this place, DO NOT get the warranty that they are going to try to sell you. I would think this being a small business that they would want to do better and don't see how they could look people in the eye and say "this is my best work". HARD PASS ON MOTOR MAX! More

Not a good situation at first. After a few days I talked with Jennifer Waltz. She let me talk she did not interrupt me . I could tell she’s really cared. She got on the problem. The car needed a major repair. . Jennifer immediately started the process on getting everything right. She said to me that Motor Max is not a company that would not let me leave with the car that it’s not working the way it should. I highly recommend motor Max to anyone. Thank you Jennifer for your honesty and doing the right thing. More

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had this lady lied to me assured me that she can get me to a vehicle the vehicle was only six grand and she told me I had to put four grand down like what typ lady lied to me assured me that she can get me to a vehicle the vehicle was only six grand and she told me I had to put four grand down like what type of idiot do I look like she strung me around for seven straight days assured me that I would get a vehicle and it never happened this place is the worst More
