After my car was at the dealership Nate called and said the oil leak was not caused by the over filling of the oil. I was DONE dealing with him and Kevin in service was amazing and made sure everything was the oil leak was not caused by the over filling of the oil. He’s great to deal with. I have always had great service at Richardson’s except this one situation. More

I never usually have an issue but after my oil change my car started leaking oil and it smelled like it was burning or something. I called them and spoke with Nate he admitted to putting a new guy on my car car started leaking oil and it smelled like it was burning or something. I called them and spoke with Nate he admitted to putting a new guy on my car which was horrible because now I have a big problem with my car. My husband popped my hood and there was oil everywhere under my hood on the motor, hoses and hood. Oil was everywhere including our cement. They sent a tech out and he looked at my car and said the person the changed my oil overfilled it. They took my car back to Richardson’s. I called on Saturday 6 times before someone answered the phone to get an update. More

Service department is lacking in many areas and nobody returns phone calls, not even the General Manager. I don't recommend this dealership. It looks like i will need to take my truck to a different deale returns phone calls, not even the General Manager. I don't recommend this dealership. It looks like i will need to take my truck to a different dealership to get the AC fixed. Beyond frustrated with this place! More
