I engaged with this dealership regarding a newly listed
used vehicle. Despite consistent communication over five days, they delayed the inspection and, upon realizing their underpricing, added optional ite

Despite consistent communication over five days, they delayed the inspection and, upon realizing their underpricing, added optional items to my deal—such as a $1,875 extended warranty—that are typically at the buyer's discretion. They also falsely claimed my out-of-state financing was unacceptable, which was not the case with reputable dealers like Sewell. The following day I was informed the price had increased by $3,000, contradicting our prior discussions. The sales manager's dismissive attitude and lack of follow-through were unprofessional. This dealership's unethical practices and lack of transparency are concerning. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution.
