Cindy was great when I called to make appt, dropped off the car and when she called to communicate what they had found. She was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! My experience changed when I ca the car and when she called to communicate what they had found. She was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! My experience changed when I came to pick up the car. 3 people sitting around, one was messing with cell phone. Had to wait about 15-20minutes for the person at the counter (I think his name was Thomas) to finish with other customers. He seemed to be the only one working that day (it was a Saturday). Then once he was done talking with me, someone took the car to wash. He said he did it by hand because they couldn’t put it through the auto wash. It came back wet. I asked him for a towel so I could dry it off. He brought a small towel over and quickly wiped a few areas and said “that’s the best I can do”. I explained about water spots and he didn’t seem to care, barely putting in any effort- just kept saying “that’s the best I can do”. I had just washed it the day before and got rid of all water spots. I wish he wouldn’t have even bothered with washing it because I ended up having to rewash at home to get rid of the water spots. What I expected to take 10-15 minutes, ended up taking about 45 minutes to pick up my car. More
