Great Service! I just had another easy breezy service experience at Shockley. I was quickly checked in for my oil change by Cindy and promised that my car would be c I just had another easy breezy service experience at Shockley. I was quickly checked in for my oil change by Cindy and promised that my car would be completed by lunchtime. I was called by Gail to go over a couple minor things that the technician recommended I have replaced. She explained the repairs and did not pressure me into anything I was not comfortable with. Even with the additional repairs, my car was ready on time. I was greeted by several employees when I came to pick up my car and promptly checked out by Ron. The service department really works as a team at Shockley! Thanks again! More

Wow - Cindy is Second to None Cindy made a potentially bad week a very good one. My 2012 Accord needed a new power steering rack. Cindy researched my service contract and discovered the $1500 repair was completely covered! Then, beyond my expectations, she made every step of the appointment so smooth down to every detail. She had a shuttle waiting for me to take me to the rental car place--even dropped off the rental FOR me when I returned...with my car washed and everything. She was prompt, courteous, and followed through with what she said--EVERY time. After experiencing other dealers, maybe my expectations were set too low. But, the level of customer service I got from Cindy was above and beyond. I'll be calling her directly for any issues I have in the future. Job very well done. More

More than your Average Salesman I purchased a 2014 Accord through Mr. TJ Troutman at Shockley Honda. At previous dealers I ran into impatient salesmen who took a look at me and assu I purchased a 2014 Accord through Mr. TJ Troutman at Shockley Honda. At previous dealers I ran into impatient salesmen who took a look at me and assumed I wasn't worth their time (young apparently equates to poor credit?). TJ made a complete 180° on my car buying experience. Laid-back and patient, TJ made every effort to all questions I had about my Honda selection. What few things he didn’t know off the bat, he took the initiative to research for me. Shockley Honda is lucky to have TJ, as are his clients. More
