I love Infiniti of Omaha -- right now, particularly, Cindy Kroll who sold me a QX50 yesterday. I have owned numerous Infinitis since I bought my first one in 1993. I have loved every one of them, which Cindy Kroll who sold me a QX50 yesterday. I have owned numerous Infinitis since I bought my first one in 1993. I have loved every one of them, which is why I keep going back when I'm ready to buy another car. You can't beat the service. This is the second car that Cindy has sold me and if I live long enough to buy another car, I will give her a call. Cindy has a bubbly personality that is exactly what I like. She listened to me and understood my needs. I'm a huge fan of Infiniti cars, the dealership, and the people who I have dealt with. They provided me with a lot of personal service that saved me time and added to the convenience. Thank you for all you have done for me over the years. More

I've always had great service at Infiniti but this last experience wasn't the best. The communication was extremely slow, I had to call and ask whether my car was done because it had been there all day. I experience wasn't the best. The communication was extremely slow, I had to call and ask whether my car was done because it had been there all day. I had questions about the recommended services but didn't get an answer via text so I had to call a couple hours later to try and get the answer to approve it or not. They did fix a rattling in my door and did not charge me which was very nice and I appreciate that. Normally they always wash and vacuum the car when I have a service done but this time they just handed me a card for a free car wash somewhere else so I am not sure if they don't have the staff right now or whether they have stopped offering to do that. The young lady that welcomed me was great and another young lady gave me a ride home and that was great too. More
