My exp with this dealership was not optimal. I inquired about a GMC truck a week prior to purchase. No feedback poor customer service. No one called or emailed me back any of my requests. When I finally go about a GMC truck a week prior to purchase. No feedback poor customer service. No one called or emailed me back any of my requests. When I finally got a call they said they had nothing to show me despite them having several in stock. This made me think they never reviewed my request or took me seriously. When I purchased the truck, rather then give me the one I test drove and was already detailed. They changed it last min with a vehicle that wasn’t even cleaned or had mats. Now I’m having to find a place in my small town to detail my truck and still no reply from dealership on how to get reimbursed. Only reason I continued to purchase the vehicle was because no one else in town had one readily available. In all my years worst car buying exp. I’ve ever had and will never purchase a vehicle or recommend buying a vehicle to any of my colleagues from them. More
