Jaime was more than accommodating making sure we found the car we needed and wanted. We are very appreciative of his hard work. He even has to stayed past his scheduled hours to make sure the processes wa the car we needed and wanted. We are very appreciative of his hard work. set up an appoinment with BDC manager Danitza Alonso. at 5:45 pm. She send me email to confirm the appoinment and that She will be happy to help me, send her a message was on my way. arrived at dealer, was 5:45 pm. She send me email to confirm the appoinment and that She will be happy to help me, send her a message was on my way. arrived at dealer, was seen by another guy, who then assigned me to a sales rep. just to find out the car was already been sold.. that lady Danitza should find out in advance if the car was there or not. and not let me waste my time and travel for nothing. the worst experience ever. and of course unable to get in touch with Danitza Alonso. nor anybody has call back for at least an apology. More

Great attentive service I was assisted by Ken Martin. He was very responsive to my inquiry and he went out of his way to check on the status of a car for me. He got back with I was assisted by Ken Martin. He was very responsive to my inquiry and he went out of his way to check on the status of a car for me. He got back with me 30 minutes later, scheduled an appointment with me, and sold me the car all in the same day. He worked quick and efficient to have me in and out of there within 2 hours.
