We have purchased cars from two dealerships in our relatively short time in Tucson and Quebedeaux is in another tier above the other dealership we dealt with. We are now on vehicle #3 from Quebedeaux and have loved all three of them. While we spent 6 hours ultimately buying a car we did not love and agreeing to extras that we did not really need at the other dealership (mostly so we could go home), the Quebedeaux experience has been so much more positive for our family. Mr. Ervin Wilson was a consummate professional to work with: super knowledgable about the vehicles; Responsive to our family's needs; and looking out for our family in terms of trade-in value and other options. Oil change appt. Service agent Medina was rude. Looked like he was having a bad day. I told him I had two oil changes coming when I leased the car. Actually I had to g Service agent Medina was rude. Looked like he was having a bad day. I told him I had two oil changes coming when I leased the car. Actually I had to go to Fernando. who is in charge of the salesmen to prove that I was actually promised 3 oil changes. There was no communication between sales and service dept. When I first got to the service dept. Medina told me I had already used an oil change when I first leased the car, I told him that was ridiculous. He told me that on the 2019 Buicks you only get one free oil change. I don't know why Buick is so tight on the oil changes, Honda gave us free oil changes for the lease of our 2015 Civic. I have to take the car back to get my promised oil changes. Maybe, I'll get a different more friendlier service agent the next time.. More
