She was very friendly but was quite pushy when it came to additional options to choose from during the purchase. Although they (Echo Park) pride themselves on being customer friendly, I don’t need to be told additional options to choose from during the purchase. Additionally, I was quite disappointed when Claire mentioned she would personally follow up the week after my purchase. It’s been over 2+ weeks and no word from Claire. I believe and transparency and constant improvement so while my overall experience was good, Claire made it seem more rushed and immediate than it had to be. More
