Had a poor experience with this dealership to say the least. Contacted them and expressed strong interest in a used vehicle they had in inventory. Semi-rare in today’s market, and one of a few in Florida least. Contacted them and expressed strong interest in a used vehicle they had in inventory. Semi-rare in today’s market, and one of a few in Florida. Booked a test drive appointment, and drove 3.5 hours across the state to inspect the vehicle. Two hours before my scheduled time, I receive a text “Wanted to let you know right away, but the vehicle has been sent to auction”. I had booked a hotel and spent the better part of a day traveling to see the vehicle. To make matters worse, for the next three days I received calls from low level salesman at the dealership asking if I was still interested in the vehicle, even though it had been already sold to auction and I had asked several times to stop receiving these (like rubbing salt in the wound). The vehicle listing is still up on the website almost a week later. It is safe to say this dealership is questionably run, I would think twice about choosing them if you care about customer service. They have lost a customer for life. More
