I traded in and purchased a used vehicle on 5/21/22. There were some minor imperfections on the vehicle I purchased (which the dealer wasn’t aware of) but I was willing to resolve those on my own. The o There were some minor imperfections on the vehicle I purchased (which the dealer wasn’t aware of) but I was willing to resolve those on my own. The only thing I requested was an additional key - which the previous owner supposedly had but never provided. Mind you, the dealer had been sitting on the vehicle for approximately 30 days. Regardless, my salesman (AK - who was very polite) and a gentleman by the name of Clark, informed me they would attempt to contact the previous owner, to retrieve the 2nd key. Fast forward to present day (30 days later), I am still waiting - even after multiple text message exchanges and phone calls. This level of service is disappointing, I traded in a vehicle with two keys and expected the same in return. It is ridiculous that my fiancé and I need to share a key for a vehicle that we both use. Post delivery service should be consistent with pre-delivery but is often overlooked. For me, that is what determines an exceptional car buying experience. More
