The listing for Pre-Owned 2019 Toyota Prius LE Hatchback, VIN JTDKARFU5K3095709, shows the Carfax with no accidents. When I arrived and looked, there is an obvious rear end accident. The rear bumper, top sid VIN JTDKARFU5K3095709, shows the Carfax with no accidents. When I arrived and looked, there is an obvious rear end accident. The rear bumper, top side, has a crease going the length of about 2 to 3 feet. Inspection in the hatch where the spare tire resides, you can see bondo going the full length. The salesperson Sarosh stated he "wasn't a mechanic" when I pointed it out to him. Sarosh brought it to his manager's attention, who then told me "it doesn't mean it was in an accident". Really?... yes it does. Not work $20k listed, they knew about it and tried to lie to my face and tell me what I was seeing and touching on the car didn't really happen. More

I called in on a used 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid and spoke with a wonderful saleswoman. She was so sweet. I was ok with the price and she sent me to her finance manager... This is where the wheels fell off. with a wonderful saleswoman. She was so sweet. I was ok with the price and she sent me to her finance manager... This is where the wheels fell off. The finance manager told me that it was a dealership policy to do a hard credit pull on all purchasers even though you were not getting financing at the dealership. I reluctantly agreed and was then told that they would not ship the car unless I got financing from them and if I paid cash as I intended that I would have to pick up the car myself. The finance director told me to consider their financing and assured me that he would not pull my credit again. The terms the finance director got were awful, he made wise cracks about my "lack of car credit" which was a lie, and just made the experience awful. I chose not to do business with these folks. Months later I discovered that they pulled my credit several times which negatively effected my credit. This dealership and the finance manager especially are in my opinion not trustworthy. More

When I called back to adjust my time they told me to come anytime before 4. I tell them that I will come 11am. The lady who I spoke with says that will work. When I go the service manager tells me I shouldn’t have believed whoever made my appointment and that they had me down for 8:00am. When I ask if I can be seen anyway since it was their mistake , they said it will be 2 hours if i wait in the waiting room and 5 hours if I leave. They also added that I have a Kia and that they don’t really service kias anyway, yet they called me! Here’s my problem 1. The dealership called me to tell me to come in for my oil change 2. They told me I shouldn’t believe the girl who made the appointment. The service manager literally told me that. I feel that’s not professional 3. I take off work and they mess up and refuse to be reasonable. If it will be two hours if I waited in waiting room (and expose myself to covid by being around others) then it should be the same if I leave I’m so disappointed we had such a great buying experience when they used to sell kias. I have called Magyars and not received a call back Edit -general manager called back and was so nice and apologized. I am of course sad it came to having to speak to him but he was very friendly More

I am so happy with my new car (XC60 hybrid). Larry was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a great experience looking at vehicles.
