I cannot be more grateful for the level of service experienced by Toyota of Corona. Claudia Juarez made all the difference in my new car buying experience. I had been searching for a specific car a experienced by Toyota of Corona. Claudia Juarez made all the difference in my new car buying experience. I had been searching for a specific car and trim which was available at select Toyota dealers throughout CALIFORNIA. I live in San Diego, and went to the extent of reaching out to Toyota dealerships in OC, Los Angeles and even the Bay area. I was out of town when I found the specific car/trim I was looking for at a dealer in Huntington Beach, they were quick to reach out and ask for all my information which I quickly provided but they had someone walk in person who apparently was looking for the same car and they decided it was easier to deal with them in person than with me over phone and email and quickly brushed me off. Blessing in disguise because then I found the same vehicle at Toyota of Corona to which I quickly reached out and Claudia Juarez went above and beyond to answer my questions and offer the option to give a security deposit to hold the vehicle for me until my arrival back in town a few days later. Something that really impressed me as no other dealership had cared to mention. A meeting with Claudia was arranged and I was so excited, I decided to show up earlier. Claudia was happy to help me on short notice and promptly grabbed the car to show it to me. Once I test drove it, we got to work on financing and she and Toyota were able to beat my pre approved financing through my lender. Claudia had the car sent out to be washed and prepped to be driven off the lot while we handled the paperwork. Her team in finance was also very informative and provided additional coverage options such as service packages and GAP insurance. I decided to not opt for any of the additional services and I was very pleasantly surprised that the associate was not pushy on the sale of additional benefits which can sometimes be annoying as we know. I would not mind driving 2 hours from San Diego in the future to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership as my experience was a 10 out of 10. I am not affiliated nor related to anyone at this dealership nor was I paid for my opinion. I am also not one to often provide reviews for items or services but I would highly recommend you to go to Toyota of Corona for your next car buying experience and definitely have Claudia Juarez as your sales rep. Not only was she wonderful but she is the only girl sales rep which speaks even more as to her ability to deliver for the customer with an extra touch of care. I had a fantastic buying experience at Larry Miller Toyota. Claudia was great to work with. I asked for a couple different options on two different trucks, and she nailed it. Sandro went the extra step to help me understand the lease process a little better, and he too went the extra mile to get the deal done. The final step was with Chako, in finance. Again, top notch experience. Chako didn't pressure me with all the add-ons, while still offering and explaining my options. Everyone I encountered at LHM Toyota is the reason I will be back for my next Toyota. More
