There are other dealerships that are more convenient and closer to my home, but the professionalism of Brennan (and Motor Werks in general) definitely resonated with me. Brennan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question that I had. And he allowed me to take my time and never made me feel pressured or rushed. The facility and all the people that I encountered at Motor Werks just seem to be first class, and I am glad that I will be going there regularly to service my vehicle when needed. I will not hesitate to recommend Brennan (and Motor Werks) to others who are in the market for a new vehicle. My experience with Finance Manager Claudiu Timoftica at Motor Werks was extremely disappointing. After I had already agreed to an out-the-door price, he added an extra $1,000 for a Permaplate add-on that w Motor Werks was extremely disappointing. After I had already agreed to an out-the-door price, he added an extra $1,000 for a Permaplate add-on that was apparently already on the vehicle from the previous owner. I made it clear that I did not want it, but he told me it was required and said I had to decide “how bad” I wanted the car. That felt deceptive, high-pressure, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the online price was then increased by $1,000, which made it look like they were trying to justify the charge after the fact. Based on my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch and I would strongly caution anyone doing business here to review every number carefully before signing anything. More
