I would recommend this company to anyone, and will buy more vehicles from them in the future. I will try my best to be overly-critical. Employees that were helpful in my positive experience: Les, Greg, Tabitha, Clay, TJ and a few mechanics. Pros: **Excellent buying experience. I worked with Les (salesman). He wasn't the "bells and whistles" sort of guy. He wont try to sell you snake-oil. We kept the process simple, which I enjoyed. Also, the staff was always helpful. **5 day no-hassle (speaking with their staff it's more like a month) fix period. This simply means, if you find any issues within the first 5 days of owning it, bring it back and they will repair any issues. No questions asked. - I had the several people working with me to alleviate some issues on my truck. - I also purchased the extended warranty (truck had 103k miles on purchase). When buying extended warranty packages, shop around for your options. My truck was lifted, and ASC had a comprehensive plan that gave me a piece of mind. Also, it was convenient to roll the price directly into my financing. Obviously, NetDirectAutoSales receives a kick back for selling you the warranty -- keep that in mind. **They use quality parts and outsourced (Rough Country) on there lifts. Although my front brake pads had 90% life left, they were replaced with ceramic brake pads to ensure the highest quality. Cons: *Although some of the staff were not as knowledgeable about the vehicle(s). My truck was without the front fog lights (TRD Off-Road Edition), but I intended to replace them anyways, so I wasn't worried about it. I would suggest having a certified mechanic (for the model chosen) inspect to make sure all parts are included. Keep in mind, if you chose a truck, that having it lifted will remove some of the parts in question (e.g. Bilstein rear shocks). * My truck had some issues -- check engine light (EVAP/Charcoal canister) and was replaced, as well as a noticeable rub (sounded like brakes and wheel bearing) from the front left wheel area. But: - This could be considered a PRO as well. They fixed the charcoal canister, brakes, and re-checked the wheel bearings -- $$$. All in all, I got exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted. I would recommend this to anyone I know, and people at work are jealous. More

One of if not my best dealership experience I had been looking for a new truck to pull my big travel trailer. I found a nearly new F350 at Net Direct, and I watched it for a week or so. They had I had been looking for a new truck to pull my big travel trailer. I found a nearly new F350 at Net Direct, and I watched it for a week or so. They had a price reduction which prompted me to stop in to take a look in person. I met Ed and he was very friendly but not pushy. I was not ready to purchase yet, so I left. A few days later I decided I was ready to negotiate. They were very open and willing to work with me. I ended up trading my truck in as well. On the day I went to sign paperwork I was on a tight schedule. Ed said that he would have everything ready and would get me out quickly. I had heard this at other dealerships before, but when I walked in everything was ready and as promised. I signed and was out the door in15 min. This was a great buying experience. More
