I ran into Abe and Eldrick who wee very friendly from the beginning. They attended to all my needs and listened to what I had to say and what direction I wanted to go in. On another occasion I walked in the dealership and I passed 7 peoples why did not even acknowledge I was there. Ashamed of the treatment from these workers at a Mercedes dealership, I immediately text Abe and Eldrick who came to my immediate assistance. They are great employees too bad Mercedes doesn’t have more like them. Clay and Will are great as well. Special thanks to them!!! More

He spent a lot of time with me and I never felt that he was pressuring me to decide quickly or decide on a Mercedes at all. I could not have had a better experience shopping for a car. I was not pressured to buy a car on the lot which a lot of auto dealers try to force on you. Stephen told me I could order one, though it would take 3 months to get a custom exterior/interior on the model I wanted. I ended up buying a Mercedes GLA which was on the lot in a color I loved. I love this car and feel extremely safe in it. More
