I purchased a very expensive black car that was completely scratched up. It was obvious that the crew used dirty rags and improper wash techniques to clean a $150k car. It cost me 2 days of paint correction to get the paint issues sorted but now the car is beautiful. Please invest some time properly training your detail crew. It makes a big difference in the quality of your vehicle deliveries. More

On another occasion I walked in the dealership and I passed 7 peoples why did not even acknowledge I was there. Ashamed of the treatment from these workers at a Mercedes dealership, I immediately text Abe and Eldrick who came to my immediate assistance. He spent a lot of time with me and I never felt that he was pressuring me to decide quickly or decide on a Mercedes at all. I could not have had a better experience shopping for a car. I was not pressured to buy a car on the lot which a lot of auto dealers try to force on you. Stephen told me I could order one, though it would take 3 months to get a custom exterior/interior on the model I wanted. I ended up buying a Mercedes GLA which was on the lot in a color I loved. I love this car and feel extremely safe in it. More
