Prefer to keep their cars instead of selling I used to have great experience with Ford used lot but that is past tense. I have purchased my last two cars at this location so when it was time to m I used to have great experience with Ford used lot but that is past tense. I have purchased my last two cars at this location so when it was time to make another purchase, I had no doubt that I would by a car from them again. I was wrong. First, I had to hunt a sales rep down to inquire about a suv then wait for them to run across to the main office to get the key. After the test drive, we talked numbers which was very brief as the price quoted had zero wiggle room. Please stop telling customers that the price listed is what you have invested. I know this is likely inaccurate and is no concern of mine. I ended up going to Fayetteville and purchased the same make model and trim with less miles for less money!!! More
