Misled buying a Used Leaf I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wan I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wanted. They indicated a particular car had all the features I wanted - as stated on their website and verbally by the salesperson. I signed the docs and put down a deposit. After two days of waiting for the car to be ready to pick up, I called to check on it and the salesperson informed me that it did not have Quick Charge - a key requirement I stated upfront. I talked to the Sales Manager and he told me it was my fault - I should have verified that the car had every single feature that they had represented and that I should not trust their website or salesperson. It was my fault that they misrepresented the car on their website and verbally. They are buying and selling Used Leafs so fast that they do not what cars are on their lot and what featured they have. It was a disorganized mess on their lot - I looked at 10 different cars and the weren't sure which cars had what features. They buy the cars at auction and add them to their website before they have them on the lot. They do not double-check what features they have. Lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! Luckily they agreed to refund my deposit or I would be stuck. I will never step foot on their lot again. More

I am beyond happy and satisfied with this dealership and I am beyond happy and satisfied with this dealership and the salemen I interacted with. I had been looking for an slightly used Infiniti G25 I am beyond happy and satisfied with this dealership and the salemen I interacted with. I had been looking for an slightly used Infiniti G25x for a few months and not having much luck. I had done hours of research and knew exactly what price I wanted to pay. After visiting a few dealerships, I became really discouraged and frustrated since I had been lied to and tried to take advantage of. I was close to buying another Infiniti at an Infiniti dealership, but was not impressed with the pervious dealership and saleperson I had been dealing with. As much as I wanted the Infiniti, I was going to take my time to find a dealership that I could trust and get a great deal from. I had just been thinking about expanding my search to California when I found the perfect 2012 Infiniti G25x with very low miles on the Campbell Nelson Nissan dealership website. It was still out of my price range, but figured I would call and make an offer. The receptionist put me on the phone with Doc and I explained I knew exactly what I wanted and asked him what the best price he could give me for the car. I was very clear I wasn't going to go back and forth and haggle about the price. He called me back 5 minutes later and offered me a couple hundred dollars off the sales price. I was impressed with the lower price and no messing around. It was still a bit more than I could pay so I called back with my final offer. He wasn't going to be in the next day which was the only day that week I could come in so he transferred me to his sales associate Clint. I briefly repeated my offer to Clint and made plans to show up the next day to see the car. I was still a bit skeptical that I could get the car for that price after all my previous bad experiences with other places but showed up the next morning to check the car out. I was also a bit nervous because I am a young female buying my first car and didn't have anyone to come with me. I was late and when I got there, Clint had the car all ready for a test drive. The car was in pristine condition and I was ready to make the buy if he could accept my offer price. He right away starting getting the paperwork ready and assured me that he could sell it to me for my offer price. He emphasized that his job was to make sure I walked away happy and satisfied with the price and car. I was very impressed. He held true to his word. The finance person was very professional as well, wish I could remember his name. I will happily recommend Clint and this dealership to my friends and family. There were absolutely no games and made me realize that car shopping doesn't have to be a terrible experience. They even filled the gas tank up. Thank you Doc and Clint. I am beyond thrilled with my car and this dealership! More

I went into Campbell Nelson expecting to be treated nicely (after all, I figured they would want a sale), but what I was greeted with was a generousity of spirit that brought me to tears. Clint worked nicely (after all, I figured they would want a sale), but what I was greeted with was a generousity of spirit that brought me to tears. Clint worked with us to make sure that my daughter was happy with her new (used) car, that I knew she would be safe, and that the price was well within what we could afford. Even the color of the car was right! Clint was our "saleman", but quickly became our friend. I have already told pretty much everyone I know to go to Clint when they need anything in the way of cars. I could not have dreamed of better service. Thank you Clint, and everyone at Campbell Nelson! More

I was recommended to Clint & Campbell Nelson from a co-worker who spoke very highly of the dealorship & its employee's. They were there when you needed them and weren't your normal auto dealorship. I was in need of a new vehicle, as my current car was getting high on mileage and would very soon need a lot of mechanical work. I had to stay within a very tight budget and had a payoff on my current vehicle. Clint & Travis worked with me on every aspect. from the price of the car to my trade in. and susie in finance was a dream. she worked every number, both financing & lease, until we got one that fit my budget. it was a most pleasant experience and hopefully the start of a great car relationship. i'd recommend them to anyone. i just love my new Nissan Rogue. More

My VW Routan is the second vehicle that I've purchased from Campbell Nelson and I can say without a doubt that I've been very happy with both the Sales and Service departments. Clint Richardson has been from Campbell Nelson and I can say without a doubt that I've been very happy with both the Sales and Service departments. Clint Richardson has been my go-to person for sales. I trust him to steer me in the right direction. Lee Sutcliffe has also been a wonderful resource and so pleasant to work with on the service side of things. Until recently, he was my main contact (he's since moved into another role). I can call either Clint or Lee at any time to ask a question - and I have! They have always responded quickly and positively. More

Clint offered me the most favorable buying experience I have ever had. He provided me with friendliness, knowledge, and encouragement to make the best possible purchase for my car needs. Not only did I find a great salesman at Campbell Nelson, but a new friend as well! Just last week Clint came to my house to help we locate a missing key for my car. This was unbelievable to me. He generously gave of his evening time with family to come to my aid. That particular night was cold, blowing like mad and there in the midst of it all was Clint, attempting to help a previous customer!
